The ceremony would be held in your reception room. The Outdoor Ceremony fee is non-refundable.

Security is not provided. The host is responsible for their guests.

You are welcome to have your own vendors such as a DJ, Band, Florist, Photographers, Videographer and Baker. A wedding coordinator is not necessary because one is included with all packages.

We find that securing a date for a larger event should to be done nine months to a year in advance.
Although for smaller events, 3 - 6 months is best. But either way, just ask Dana to check if your date is available. -
We are excited to host your event. Our rooms book up quickly, so to officially reserve your date, we kindly ask for a non refundable deposit. Once that is received, your date is 100% locked in and we can start planning all the beautiful details together.

Upon cancelling your event, there is no fee, but the non refundable deposit is forfeited. No exceptions.
